Anthony Wayne Allen

Anthony Allen, 53, of Mt. Nebo, WV passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021.  Born July 23, 1967 at Summersville, WV he was a son of the late Jack and Dorothy Johns Allen.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Ray Allen and Greg Allen, and by one sister, Connie Priddy.        He attended the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church at Pool and was an engineer for Dann Oceans Towing on tugboats, previous owner of A Chimney and Roofing in Virginia Beach, VA, loved deer hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and the outdoors.  He also loved singing to his granddaughter and dancing.        Survivors include his daughter, Toni Lee Allen; granddaughter, Jaita Lee Taylor; siblings, Loretta James, Victoria Vandamme, Joseph Allen, Darren Allen, and was loved by many more.        It was his wish to be cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements were made by the White Funeral Home at Summersville.          Condolences may be sent to the family at www.whitefuneralhomewv.com
