Billy Joe O'Dell

     Billy Joe O’Dell, 85, of Sugar Grove, WV passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 in the Fayette Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Fayetteville.  Born August 15, 1936 at Runa, he was a son of the late Dana C. and Altha Nutter O’Dell.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ann Dorsey and by two brothers, Lowell and Bobby O’Dell.

     He was a US Army veteran, a farmer, and a former employee of Tom Bailes Construction Company in Summersville.

     Survivors include two brothers, Charles O’Dell and Roy (Jeannie) O’Dell; two sisters-in-law, Mary O’Dell and Jessie O’Dell; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

     Funeral services will be held at  2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021 in the White Funeral Home at Summersville with Pastor Tim McClung officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Church Cemetery at Sugar Grove.

     Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday one-hour prior to the funeral services.
