Charles Edwin Isaacs

     Charles Edwin Isaacs, 80, Russellville, WV passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in the Stonerise Rainelle Nursing Home.  Born December 4, 1941 at Rainelle, he was a son of the late Algin and Gladys Mullins Isaacs.

     He attended the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church at Mt. Lookout, was a retired coal miner, loved to garden, loved the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

     Survivors include his wife, Alma Sharon “Judy” Campbell Isaacs; his children, Charles Kevin (Melinda) Isaacs of Maysel, Kim (Brad) Walls of Summersville, and Sharon Walters of Hico; siblings, Nelson (Margaret) Isaacs of Mechanicsville, MD, Pat (Barbara) Isaacs of Hico, and Jerry (Sandy) Isaacs of Clifftop; four grandchildren, Kirstin (Donald)  Burdette, Morgan Hypes, Charlie Isaacs, and Isaac Walls; one great granddaughter, Hayden Burdette; and a host of nieces, nephews, and family.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church at Mt. Lookout with Pastor Damon Wilkowiltz officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

     Friends may call at the White Funeral Home at Summersville on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
