Dorothy Anneta Gray

     Dorothy Anneta Gray, 74, of Poe, WV passed away at her home surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, October 6, 2022.  Born May 31, 1948 at Zela, she was a daughter of the late Hawley and Goldie McClung Gray.  She was also preceded in death by her infant sister, Donna Jean Gray.

     She was a member of the Bethel Church at Poe and she loved to cook and sit on her front porch watching the traffic.

     Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Valerie Gray; siblings, Cecilia (David) Hanks, James “Oz” (Helen) Gray, Brenda (Bob) Willis, Paul (Angie) Gray, and Debbie (Gary) Brown; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2022 in the Bethel Church at Poe with Pastor Paul Gray and David Hanks officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of the White Funeral Home at Summersville.

     Friends may call at the church on Monday one-hour prior to the funeral services.
