Evelyn Bernice Richards

     Evelyn Bernice Richards, 77, of Mt. Lookout, WV passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at her home.  Born October 2, 1946 at Rock Oak, WV, she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Gladys Moreland Funk.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Denver Richards.

     She was a member of the Mountain State Baptist Church at Summerville and was a loving caregiver to anyone in need.

     Survivors include her children, Tammy (Richard) McKinney, Ronnie Richards, Darlene (Bo) Mullins, and Warren (Michele) Richards; siblings, Doug Funk, Mary Kidwiler, and Dollie (Steve) Earle; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the Mountain State Baptist Church at Summersville with Pastor Mark Secrist officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery at Mt Lookout under the direction of the White Funeral Home at Summersville.

     Friends may call at the church on Saturday one-hour prior to the funeral services.
