Gary Wayne Taylor

Gary Wayne Taylor, 61, of Summersville, WV passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022 in the Hubbard Hospice House at Charleston.  Born September 26, 1960 at Charleston, WV, he was a son of the late Earl and Mary Ann Barnett Taylor.

     He was a retired heavy equipment operator in the coal mining industry.

     Survivors include his wife, Marlene Grose Taylor; one daughter, Amber (Jeremiah) Taylor Robertson; two stepsons, Andrew and Jeremy (Jennifer) Brown; siblings, Kathy Taylor McWhorter and her companion, Jack, Kimberly Taylor (Jason) Rogers, and David Taylor; three grandchildren, Jay’vianna, Kianna, and Aaliyah; four step grandchildren, three nephews, one niece, and two great nephews.

     Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 in the White Funeral Home at Summersville with Bob Johnson officiating.  In keeping with his wish he will be cremated after the services.

     Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral services.
