Summersville, WV, where her husband Reverend Walter White was then the minister of the First Presbyterian Church in Summersville, Cross Lanes, WV, Plymouth, Michigan and in 1985 a return to Summersville when Walter retired.
Along her journey Walter and Helen began their family with the births of; Kimberly, Walter, Susan, Thomas, William and Amy.

Last August a celebration of life was held to honor Helen for her 90th birthday and she was able to meet and see many friends and family members.
Helen was a longtime employee of the Summersville Public Library and previously worked in the library at an elementary school in Michigan. She enjoyed Story Time at the library and church and reading to the young children.
