Jacob Neff, 31, of Mt. Lookout, WV passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020. Born February 5, 1989 in Bartow, FL he was a son of James Harmon Jr. and Heather Strickland Harmon. He was a graduate of Nicholas County High School, loved to play guitar, enjoyed fishing, loved to skateboard with his brothers and friends, enjoyed drawing in his free time, loved vehicles, football and was passionate about animals. Most of all he loved his family. Jacob has always kept his loved ones close to his heart and would never shy away from lending a helping hand. Always wearing his heart on his sleeve and always inspiring, and encouraging others throughout his life. Altruistic by nature, his compassion and consideration are unparalleled. His loved ones include his parents, James and Heather Harmon; three brothers, Jared and his wife, Debra, Tyler and his wife, Destiny, and Jordan; nieces and nephews, Damien, Salem, Oliver, Braelyn, and Kingston; maternal grandparents who influenced him greatly, Delbert and Judy Strickland; paternal grandparents, James and Patricia Harmon. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated under the direction of the White Funeral Home at Summersville and no services will be held at this time.
