Joan Cutlip Moore, age 83, passed away peacefully May 3, 2023 following a long illness.. She was born September 3, 1939 in Summersville, WV, to the late Lieber Eugene Cutlip and Delma Sloan Cutlip. She loved flea markets, antique stores, gardening, reading, working with Old Main Foundation, and spending time with family.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Rodney Charles Moore, and Steven Elza Moore.
