Justin Ryan Groves

Justin Ryan Groves 34, of Summersville, WV passed away Sunday, May 28th, 2023 at Summersville Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 17th, 1988 in Charleston, WV. He was the son of Steve and Grace Groves. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Garland and Norene Groves, and Aunt Pam Roberts. Maternal grandparents, Harrison and Stella Auxier and Uncles Don Bosley and David Long.

      Justin was a graduate of Nicholas County High School, class of 2006. He was a purchasing agent at Auxier Welding in Belle, WV. Justin loved his family, enjoyed playing his guitar in his spare time and spending weekends at the lake with his friends. His family and friends were his greatest joy and he loved the memories he made with each and every one of them.

      In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his girlfriend Danielle Thaxton of Kanawha City, brother Brandon Groves (Cecily), a niece and nephew (Willow and Langston) and sister Katelyn Groves (Corina). Many aunts and uncles; Mike Roberts, Aaron Groves (Tammy), Burton Auxier (Micky), Jerry Auxier (Rebecca), Diana Long, Vicki Parker (Dan) and Marilyn Simms (Tim). As well as many cousins who adored him.

      Viewing will be held at White Funeral Home in Summersville, WV, on Saturday June3rd, from 11AM-1PM. Private graveside service to follow with Uncle Tim Simms officiating.
