Keith Wayne McMillion

     Keith Wayne McMillion, 64, of Summersville, WV passed away at his home on Sunday, January 4, 2026.  Born August 17, 1961 at Summersville, WV, he was a son of Glenn McMillion and the late Janet Vivian Kelly McMillion. 

      He was a 1979 graduate of Nicholas County High School; a WVU graduate and Akron University school of Law; practiced law in Summersville for 1 year, prosecutor in Nicholas County for 8 years, assistant prosecutor in Pocahontas County for 7 years and worked for the Public Defender’s office in Nicholas County.

      Survivors include his son, Blake A. McMillion; father, Glenn (Mary V.) McMillion; uncle, David (Doris) McMillion; several cousins and a host of other family and friends.

     Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in the White-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Joan Stewart officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at Nettie.

     Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday one-hour prior to the funeral services.
