Marsha Dianne Meadows , beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, went to live with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 25,2025 at the age of 77. Born on November 13, 1947 in Buckhannon WV. Marsha lived a life marked by kindness, quiet strength, and deep devotion to her family. She was the heart of our home and the foundation of our lives.
Marsha married the love of her life James in 1973. Together they built a home filled with faith, love, and laughter. She dedicated her life to raising her children and supporting her family in every way. Whether through her home-cooked meals, her comforting words, or her unwavering presence, she touched the lives of all who knew her.
She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, sewing, baking, and cooking for her family. Her love was quiet but powerful, and her legacy lives on in the values she passed down to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband James Meadows, Children: Porcshia Davis (Earl), Mike Meadows (Sergio) Christina Boyd (Harold) Grandchildren: Trey Davis, Race Davis, Logan Boyd (Adria), Lindsey Boyd. Great-Grand Children: Journie Chaffin, Hayes Boyd, and Emmitt Meade. Also, many other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Talva Fincham. Her Father and Mother In-Law : Aurthur and Leona Meadows. Brothers: Robert Fincham, Gordon Fincham, and Ed Fincham. Sisters: Helen Bosley and Brenda Richmond. Brothers In-Law: Amos Meadows, Aurthur Meadows Jr., Robert Meadows and Donald Evans. Sisters in Law: Ruth Meadows-Bagyi and Betty Jo Evans. Great-Grand Child : Archer Dean Boyd
A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 29th at White Funeral Home in Summersville WV with Pastors Larry Gawthrop and Stuart Stover officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 pm for friends. Graveside service will follow directly after funeral at Fairview Cemetery in Nettie WV. All who knew her are welcome to attend.
