Marshall Kieth Neff Marshall Keith Neff MARSHALL KEITH NEFF Marshall Keith Neff, 68, of Pool, WV passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at his home. Born July 16, 1951 at Fayetteville, WV he was a son of the late Emerson A. and Verda M. Cartwirght Neff. He was also preceded in death by three siblings, Larry Neff, Ernest Neff and Tyrone Neff. When Marshall was young he worked hauling coal in the WV coal mines. He drove state to state for most of his life in a tractor trailer, he was able to see all the beautiful states in the US except Alaska. He was even able to see Holland. No matter where the road may have taken him, he always found himself back in his home state of WV. When he wasn’t on the road, he loved to sing, play the guitar and gather around with his friends making music. Survivors include his daughters, Julie Vineyard of Unionville, VA and Marsha Wharton of Luray, VA; step- children, Robert Wilson and Mandy Wilson of Ansted, WV; siblings, Carol Worlledge and Emerson C. Neff; he had six grandchildren. It was his wish to be cremated and burial of cremains will happen at a later date.
