Mary Aulda Triplett

       Mary Aulda Triplett, 94 of Nitro, WV went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the WVU-Summersville Regional Hospital.  Born November 10, 1931 in Bomont, WV she was a daughter of the late Wilbur and Dessie Moore Cook.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald H. Triplett; two sons, Randolph Triplett and Steven Triplett; one daughter, Pamelia Sue Triplett; one brother, Jimmy Cook; one sister, Shirley Johnson.

      She was a member of the Southern Baptist Fellowship in Summersville where she was an avid Bible reader and a devoted Christian who loved the Lord.  She was a former President of TOPS. She loved to sew, crochet and cook.

      Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Sheila (Jack) Reed, Terry Triplett and Patricia (Hansford) Cox; one brother, Joe (Phyllis) Cook; brother-in-law and his wife, Jack and Carlene Triplett; twelve grandchildren, Susan Gamble, Michael Triplett, Brooklyn Reed, Matthew Cox, Rhonda Gall, Jaclyn Santangelo, Angelyn Lancaster, Kevin Triplett, Lori Baldwin, Nathan Cox, Cevan Triplett and Carrie Nicolais; several great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

    Memorial services will be held at 12:00 (noon) on Saturday, November 29, 2025 in the Southern Baptist Fellowship Church in Summersville with Pastor Mark McClung officiating.  Interment wil follow at the Walker-Baughman Cemetery on Keeners Ridge.

     The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday one-hour prior to the services.
