Pauline Taylor, 91, of Summersville, WV passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Born December 13, 1929 at Birch River, she was a daughter of the late Thurman and Bessie Jackson Frame. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Jackson “Jack” Taylor; by her son, Darius Wayne Taylor; and by one great grandson, Joseph Wayne Groves, II.
She attended the Beulah Baptist Church at Muddlety, was a manager at Subway in Summersville, was a loving mother and grandmother, and was the last remaining family member of eight siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Monica Lay of Summersville; her son, Jeffrey L. Taylor of Summersville; nine grandchildren, many more great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 in the White Funeral Home at Summersville. Interment will follow at the West Virginia Memorial Gardens at Calvin.
