Peggy Lou Copenhaver

Peggy Lou Copenhaver, 77 of Hominy Falls, WV went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the WVU Medicine Summersville Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.  Born on June 11, 1944 at Leivasy, WV she was a daughter of the late Granville and Darlene Amick.

      She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Delbert and her two sons and their families, Scot and Chris of Canton, OH and Delbert Jr and Angela of Nettie, WV and her three very precious grandchildren, Heather, Jessica (Jeff Hartley and Memry) and Justin (Alex Rose).  She is also survived by her two brothers and five sisters.

      A celebration of her life for family and friends will be announced at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to “Mary Sue’s Cancer Crusaders” addressed to Delbert Copenhaver Jr./ Mary Sue’s Cancer Crusaders, PO Box 371, Nettie, WV  26681.
