Porschia Gail Selman

Porschia Gail Selman, 37, of Mt. Lookout, WV passed away at her home on Saturday, March 29, 2025.  Born August 30, 1985 at Summersville, she was a daughter of Sarah Stanley Selman Terry and the late Bert G. Selman, III.  She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Xyler Brown; sister, Tasha Lilly; and by her grandfather, Arthur K. Meadows.

     She was a Christian and was baptized in the Baptist Church.  She liked to go on nature walks, fish, and she loved her family and her dog, Rocky.  She was a former employee at Tudors, U-Save, and Long John Silvers.

     Survivors include her children, Austin Maxey and Zane (Xzavier) Frost; mother, Sarah Terry; siblings, Cara Knox and Nick Lilly; grandmother, Nancy Meadows; and a host of other family and friends.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 6, 2025in the Fairview Cemetery at Nettie with Pastor Ryan Trescott officiating.  Interment will follow under the direction of the White-Anderson Funeral Home in Summersville.

     White-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Center at Summersville is in charge of the arrangements.
