Ruth Delores O'Brien RUTH DELORES O’BRIEN Ruth Delores O’Brien, 76, of Mt. Lookout, WV passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020 in the Harper Mills Nursing Home at Beckley. Born January 29, 1944 at Catlettsburg, KY, she was a daughter of the late Curtis and Inez Whitt Frisby. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles O’Brien. She was a homemaker. Survivors include three sons, Charles D. O’Brien, William T. (Amy) O’Brien, and David L. O’Brien; six grandchildren. Private graveside services will be held in the Walker Memorial Park at Summersville. White Funeral Home at Summersville is in charge of the arrangements.
