Sandra Case Smith

     Sandra Case Smith, 74, of Summersville, WV passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 in the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH.  Born January 14, 1951 at Sutton, Braxton County, WV, she was a daughter of the late Denver and Catherine  Case.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Case and by a sister, Cathy Moore.

     She was a Baptist by faith and was a retired school teacher with forty-four years of service in Nicholas County.  She loved crocheting and needle work, was an avid reader, and loved spending time with her flowers.

     Survivors include her husband, Kevin W. Smith; siblings, Karen Breighner; Bruce Case, Dorothy Springston, and Beth Taylor; plus several nieces and nephews.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in the White-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Center at Summersville with Pastor Dana Gatewood officiating.  Interment will follow in the West Virginia Memorial Gardens at Calvin.

      Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 6 to 8 p.m.
