Sylvia Lee Caverlee

     Sylvia Lee Caverlee, 80, of Summersville, WV passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 in the Hospice House at CAMC-Memorial Hospital in Charleston.  Born November 11, 1943 at Gad, she was a daughter of the late Frank Hess and Cleva Virginia Roberts Hypes. She was also preceded in death by her son, Steven Bennett.

     She attended the Royal Chapel Church at Tipton.  She was a retired registered nurse at CAMC-Memorial Division Hospital.

     Survivors include her son, Todd Bennett; two grandsons, Jared and Anthony; one granddaughter, Angela; several great grandchildren; siblings, Lanty Hypes and Donna Moore.

     It was her wish to be cremated and no services will be held at this time.

     White-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of the arrangements.
