Wilden Elaine Evans, 48, of Summersville, WV went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 13, 2021 in the Bower’s Hospice House at Beckley, WV. Born September 5, 1972 at Helvetia, WV, she was a daughter of Guila Auvil Tenney and the late Arnold Tenney. She was also preceded in death by her son, Derek Overbaugh. She was a member of the New Beginnings Apostolic Church in Minden, was a former custodian and cook for Nicholas County Schools, and worked in various job fields throughout the community. She was dedicated to her church and family and always helped others before herself. Survivors include her husband, Jason Evans; six children, Amanda Overbaugh, Jasmine Evans and fiance’, Colby Seebaugh, Andrea Tinnel, Jason Evans, Jr., James Evans and Sarah Evans; mother, Guila Tenney; several siblings; close friend, Patsy Kirkland; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2021 in the White Funeral Home at Summersville with Pastor Shawn Evans officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt.
