William "Ken" Stowers

       William “Ken” Stowers, 76, of Nettie, WV passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the WVU_Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.  Born August 5, 1945 at Richwood, WV he was a son of the late William and Virginia Shaver Stowers.

      He was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church and was actively involved with the WV Farm Bureau and Soil Conservation.

      Survivors include his wife, Carol Bruhn Stowers; five children, Julie Stowers, Brian Stowers, Bill Stowers, Laura Stowers O’Neill, and Kate Stowers; three granddaughters, Megan O’Neill, Emma O’Neill, and Annabeth O’Neill.

      Private funeral services will be held and interment will follow in the Stowers Family Cemetery in Nettie under the direction of the White Funeral Home at Summersville.
